iDEQ300G, 330G, and 330P require F6 disk to install Windows OS in RAID array. Biostar motherboard supports USB device boot function. Users can use either USB floppy drive or USB flash sticks(supports floppy mode) to replace standard 3.5 inch floppy driver for F6 disk installation. Just copy the RAID driver files into USB flash disk, then system will be able to recognize it during Windows installation.

330G, 300G, 330P, 210P, 220T and 200T system support SATA 2 interface HDDs.

Open the NVIDIA Web-based Interface from the link on desktop.
Or open the utility from Start > Programs > NVIDIA Corp > Network Access Manager > Web-based Interface.

1. Copy all the files under following directory to a 1.44 floppy disk. D:\DRIVER\SerATA\VT6420\DriverDisk 2. At the first Blue Screen prompt "Press F6 to install 3rd Party RAID Controller Software" Follow the instructions. Windows will detect the driver disc in the floppy drive and install the VIA driver. 3. Windows will detect SATA hard disk after driver loaded, then continue installation.

No. Currently, VIA 8237 and 6420 SATA chipset only supports SATA 1 interface hard disks.

If the iDEQ system uses Realtek ALC audio codec, the default setting of audio driver is set for 2-channel SPDIF output. Users need to open the Realtek AC97 configuration >> Sound Effect. Set the Environment to Generic, then SPDIF output will work for 6-channel output.

The Eject Button Is not working In Windows MCE 2005 operating system. This is because the Media Center 2005 does not have the CD/DVD eject function build in. The Eject Button's function Is reserved for the next version!|s of iDEQ300G system.

We do not bundle the StudioFun CD in the motherboard package after Jan. 2004.
