Where can I download Windows 10 driver for my Hi-Fi Z97X motherboard?

Please go to motherboard's download page, then select Driver section.

Then you should be able to find Windows 10 drivers.

Will AMD Godavari CPU support Dual Graphics function?

Godavari A10 R7, A8 R7 CPU will support Dual Graphics with R7 240, 250, 340, 350 graphic cards.

It will be best two have two DDR3-1600 memory module on system for better performance.

Godavari A6 R5 CPU will not support Dual Graphics

Will TA970 support AMP (AMD Memory Profile) function?

TA970 motherboard is able to support AMP function, but it need to meet below two requirements.

1. Need to be AM3+ CPU. 2. The Memory Module need to Support AMP Function.

PS: AMP (AMD Memory Profile), it likes Intel's XMP (eXtremem Memory Profile) function.

It can let memory module run proper memory setup by using SPD (Serial presence Detect) setting.

The mean that it can help users to overclock memory modules without menu to change others settings, such as increase memory speed,

lower latency speed and increase memory voltage...etc.

My A58MD system does not boot when I install new memory module on it with 3 beeps during power on, what is the problem?

When system has 3 error beep sound, then this could be memory related problem.

Especially when change the memory module, it might be memory conflict problem with AMD CPU's build-in memory controller.

Please take your system to a local dealer or local shop help you to double check this problem.

Why my J1800 / J1900 motherboard's keyboard and mouse cannot function when I install Linux OS?

For best support of J1800 and J1900 motherboard, please download the latest Linux version.

Older Linux version might not have proper driver for support Intel's Baytrail chipset and cause keyboard and mouse not to work.

Where can I download the Linux driver for Realtek's audio device?

Linux driver for Realtek's audio can be download from Realtek's website.

Please go to following link and find the proper audio codec for the motherboard.

What is LN2 switch's function on GAMING Z97X board?

This switch is for overclock use with liquid nitrogen.

It will allow system boot up properly when CPU temperature is in very low temperature.

Normal operation or overclock does not require to use this special switch.

Here is the LN2 switch's function wrote in user manual:

:[When the LN2 mode is ON, the motherboard can boot at an extremely low temperature (-130°C).

Note: CPU will run at 800 MHz speed when apply LN2 to ON.

How do I disable the mouse LED when system power is turned off?

Please enable EuP(ErP) function in BIOS to turn off all the stand-by power for the USB ports. Under Windows 10 OS Setting: Power Options/System settings > Do not select [Fast Startup] to disable mouse and keyboard after system shutdown.

Why my Hi-Fi Z97W or Hi-Fi Z97X motherboard will have USB keyboard and mouse problem when install Windows 7 OS?

When plug USB keyboard and mouse on RJ45USB connector's USB 3.1 ports, it will have problem to work properly during Windows 7 installation interface.

This USB 3.1 port is controlled by ASMEDIA ASM1142 3.1 USB chipset.

However this chipset does not have driver under Windows 7 installation interface.

It will need to install ASMEDIA USB 3.1 driver in Windows 7 to let this USB port working properly.

How to set my USB pen drive(flash disk) as first boot device?

If you have an bootable USB pen drive (flash disk), please refer the BIOS setting here:

1. Plug in USB flash drive, then boot up to BIOS> Boot menu.

2. Select [Hard Drive BBS Priorities].

3. In [Boot Option #1] Select [Generic USB Flash Device] for first boot device.

4. You can see [Boot Option #1] has [Generic USB Flash Device] as first boot device.

5. Save and exit BIOS for next reboot.

6. If use Intel chipset model, please go to BIOS> Advanced> USB Configuration.

Set XHCI mode to [Auto], then save and exit the BIOS setting.
