How to restart the system when hear siren sound from PC speaker and screen is black?

If CPU is over-heated or CPU cooler is not connect properly with CPU surface, motherboard will shutdown power to protect CPU. PC speaker will have siren warning sound. Users can follow procedure below. System will be able to boot-up again. 1.Clear the CMOS by connect JCMOS pin 2-3 for 15 seconds. Then put the JCMOS pin back to pin 1-2. 2.Remove the power cord from power supply for 15 seconds. Then put the power cord back on power supply.
