How do I install Windows XP in SATA RAID array?

  1. Enable SATA RAID function in BIOS.
  2. Create SATA RAID array in Intel RAID configuration utility.
  3. Download floppy configuration utility from Intel!|s website and extract it into a floppy disk.

  4. When install Windows XP, press F6 to install STAT RAID driver and follow the instruction to complete the loading.
  5. After Windows installation, install Intel Application Accelerator RAID Edition 3.0.
  6. Use Intel Application Accelerator RAID Edition to create RAID volume from existing disk.
  7. Follow the RAID migration instructions to complete the setting.
