How to solve POST delay time too long when insert USB mouse on TZ77B motherboard?

In BIOS, there is an option can manually select for the USB detection time during boot up. Please go to CMOS > Advanced > USB Configuration > USB transfer time-out , then set it from default 20 sec to [5sec].
