How to turn off USB 3.0's stand-by power on TH67XE motherboard?

Press [Delete] key on POST screen and go to CMOS setting> Advanced> ACPI settings/WakeUp Event control, then enable EuP Control.

Save and exit the BIOS, then USB 3.0 will turn off stand-by power.
