Why my TA990FXE only can see two options "Compute 0" and "Compute 1" in BIOS setting? I used AMD FX-4100 4 cores CPU.

Due to AMD AM3+ specification, two cores combined in one module. So you will only see "Compute 0" and "Compute 1"  in BIOS menu. Each of them will control two CPU cores.
