Why UEFI BIOS will auto go to CMOS setup screen even when error message showed up?

Due to UEFI BIOS coding, after POST screen error message showed 8 seconds, it will go to CMOS setup screen automatically. After load BIOS default setting(F3 key), the error message will not show on next boot up.
