Please install all the driver from driver CD in the motherboard package.

My motherboard is G31-M7 TE. How to do it when I found components had a yellow question mark in Windows device manager? Beside them namely: network controller, PCI Device, Ethernet controller, sm bus controller, video controller (VGA compatible).
