Please enable EuP(ErP) function in BIOS to turn off all the stand-by power for the USB ports. Under Windows 10 OS Setting: Power Options/System settings > Do not select [Fast Startup] to disable mouse and keyboard after system shutdown.

You might check if you just install a new device to your system, then you will need to install the driver for it.

Or this could be virus to cause the system have unknown device.

If so, then you might need to back up all important data and clean the hard drive with anti virus program.

After update latest BIOS and latest chipset driver from our download section, FM2+ motherboard will be able to support AMD Godavari CPU.

There always a chance that BIOS might fail after update.

The error beep sound after second memory module installation means memory have problem.

If see "CMOS fail" error message during boot up, this is not motherboard's physical problem.

It can be resolve by load optmized default setting for the BIOS.

You can press F3 key in BIOS by load the optmized default setting, then press F10 key to save and exit the BIOS.

After next boot up, there should be no CMOS fail error message in the POST screen.

Note: For older motherboard model, it will need to press F9 key to load the optmized default setting.

Please refer the instruction here for the setting.

1. Open Network and Sharing Center by right click the internet logo on the desktop.

2. Select "Change adapter settings" in Network and Sharing Center.

3. There should be 2 LAN cards in the system to do the bridge setting.

4. Select both LAN cards, then right click and select "Bridge Connections".

5. It will take a while for system to bridge the LAN cards.

6. After the setting is done, system will have Network Bridge icon in Network Connections. Now two LAN cards will run in bridge mode.

CIR is an option device, so we did not include it in the motherboard package.
User need to purchase the CIR receiver and remote control unit to make this function work.
Otherwise there is no need to install the CIR driver.
We have Biostar remote control device if user need to purchase it.

Please follow the instruction here for enable the CIR function.

1. You will need to Enable the CIR device in BIOS. It's under BIOS>Advanced>Super IO> CIR controller.
If you don't Enable it, CIR driver will not install properly due to unable to detect the CIR device.

2. You can download the driver from our website or you can use the driver from our driver CD if you do the first step.
In driver CD, ITECIR Infrared Receiver will pop up once you enable the BIOS setting.

3. You will be able to see the device manager has ITECIR Infrared Receiver(SIO2) device showed once you complete the driver intallation.
When you connect CIR receiver, then the function will work properly.
