Please follow the steps below :
1. Unplug the Power Cord from Power Supply and waiting for 2 minutes.
2. Install the M.2 Wi-Fi card into Wi-Fi slot.
3. Plug the Power Cord to Power Supply.
4. Install the M.2 Wi-Fi drivers (Wireless and Bluetooth).
5. Restart your system.
6. After system boot to Windows OS,try to check device manager, confrim the Wireless & Bluetooth device can be recognized.

Installation Process

1. After install your OS and plug in Lan cable

2. Go to BIOSTAR website and Download the Smart Update utility

3. Extract the file at your computer desktop

4. Run the SmartUpdate.exe and press the Download Update

5. The utility will start to download the drivers from website and install

6. Install Driver Finish! Please Reboot System!

Hardware 

Ensure hardware connect properly first.

(1). Check VGA card 

Try to only plug one VGA card in PEX16_1 (long yellow slot) directly without riser card => Check whether display

(2). Check Riser card 

Try to plug VGA card with only one riser card to test per PEX1 and PEX16_1 => Check whether display.

(3). Check Power supply

Make sure power supplies you use are sufficient for your whole system.

(4). Check the power connector of Riser Cards and VGA cards are connected properly.

(5). There are two 6 pin AUXPWR1 and AXUPWR2 connectors at the botton of the motherboard. Please don't connect them to neither power supplies nor graphics cards.

BIOS

(1) Flash to the latest BIOS

(2) BIOS Setting

Enter BIOS setup and press F3 to load optimized default then press F10 to save BIOS setting.

--> Enable Mining mode (Chipset / Mining Mode)

--> Disable CSM Support (Boot / CSM support )    If you get CSM Enabled you will see an"Insufficient PCI resources error".

OS

(1) Make sure the OS version is up to date.

(2) Make sure all drivers for your motherboard and graphics cards are installed.

How can you to fix the problem?
This is because Microsoft Windows 7 which not bundle it, so you can try to install the Microsoft HotFix KB3020369 and KB3125574 before install onboard Chipset and Graphics drivers.
Of course, if the action still not to fix, please try to run Windows 7 online Update to latest version.

Please ensure your board connect to network, first

If these hot fix still not to fix, please try to run Windows 7 online Update to latest version. 

<< Step.4  Install Chipset driver and graphic driver again >>
After that, then you will start to install onboard chipset and graphics driver.

Last, both of yellow Exclamation marks (AMD PSP 2.0 Device & AMD High Definition Audio Device) will disappears after follow above 4 method.

How to make RAID 0 array to install Windows 10 64 bit for TB350-BTC motherboard with two SATA HDD?

1. Press [Delete] key in POST screen go to BIOS > Advanced > SATA Configuration > OnChip SATA Type, set it to [RAID] mode.

2. Press [F10] key to Save Configuration and reset.

3. Press [Ctrl] + [R] to configure.

4. Choose "Delete Array(s)" press [INS] to select arrays and press [Enter] to delete all.

5. Press [C] to continue.

6. Choose Create Array.

7. Press [INS] to select Disks and press [Enter].

8. Press [Enter] to select RAID0.

9. Press [Enter] to Complete.

10. Select "Read / Write".

11. Press [C] to Confirm.

12. Choose Continue to Boot

13. After reboot, choose your flash drive to install Windows 10 at normally.

When install coming to the step like below illustration, click Load driver.

( Unzip and copy the folder to your flash drive.)

14. Click Browse.

15. Choose the driver folder.

16. Uncheck "Hide drivers that aren't compatible with this  computer's hardware.

Choose all files and click "Next".

17. After driver loaded, the array will be detected.

Answer: The front microphone should be functional under normal circumstance, However, some problems might appear due to inappropriate installation of drivers. Please follow below instruction if your microphone can not be detected in Windows 10.

1. Go to device manager and Uninstall [Intel SST Audio Device (WDM)]
2. Reboot your system manually and back to desktop [Note: do not reinstall audio driver, system will scan for correct driver automatically.
3. Microphone (Intel SST Audio Device (WDM)) should be detected and ready to use.

There are two posibility for rear I/O shield no audio output.

First, you might use front audio cable for the audio output.

Second, the audio might goes to VGA card's HDMI® port.

You might need to check these two places to let audio output work properly from rear I/O shield's audio port.
