When attempting to run the bios update utility, my pc constantly blue screens with this code apc_index_mismatch on TA970 motherboard. Is there any help for it?

According to the error message, your system might have wrong BIOS setting to cause system running unstable.

To resolve it, try to press "Delete" key to go to CMOS then load the optimized default setting and Save and exit BIOS.

After reboot, your system should work properly after this setting.

If system still running unstable, try to lower the memory setting or flash back the previus BIOS version you have.

Where can I find the driver for support Windows 7 for my TF570 SLI motherboard?

You might use the default driver on Win7 for support most of TF570 SLI motherbaord's function.

If you do need to install Win7 driver, here are the Win7 drivers availible for download.

Will Biostar H81 series motherboard support low voltage DDR3 memory modules?

Our H81 series motherboard will only support stardard 1.5V DDR3 memory module.

Will Hi-Fi B85N3D support Intel VT-D technology?

Our motherboard and BIOS on Hi-Fi B85N3D already support Intel VT-D function.

It also need to use proper Intel CPU to support VT-D at same time.

My motherboard doest not boot up, how to check it?

Please follow these suggestion to check if motherboard cannot boot up properly.

1. Check 24 pin and 4 pin power cable connect properly on motherboard.

2. Clear CMOS for the motherboard to restore BIOS setting.

3. Insert VGA card. Some of CPU might not have build-in VGA support, so it might need VGA card to let system POST properly.

4. Remove and insert CPU to make CPU socket contact better. Check if CPU is listed in CPU support form from Biostar website.

5. Do not use memory module with different brand and speed mixed up. Change memory module see if it's memory support problem.

If non of the suggestion above can help, please contact local dealer or computer shop for a check up.

Why TA75MH2 board uses AMD Athlon X4 750K CPU, CPU temperature will get very hot under BIOS setup screen?

AMD Athlon X4 750 CPU is 100 watt, also CPU will running at full speed under BIOS setup screen.

So CPU temperature might get hot if use CPU cooler not design for support 100 watt CPU.

We suggest to use copper base CPU cooler if use Athlon X4 750K CPU on TA75MH2 motherboard.

Will J1800NH support Windows 7?

If there is any problem to install Windows 7, please update latest BIOS on website for J1800NH.

Why my USB mouse LED will keep light up when B75MU3B system power shut down?

Some USB mouse will keep LED light up when system power shut down, this is because motherboard will provide USB connector 5 volt stand-by power in BIOS default setting. You might enable EuP function to turn off the 5 volt stand-by power. Then USB mouse LED will not light up. Please go to BIOS> Chipset> EuP Control to set it [Enable], then save and exit the BIOS setting to let it work.

Will Hi-Fi B85N 3D support SATA Hot-swap function?

Yes, our BIOS has build-in function for enable SATA Hot-swap function. No need to adjust BIOS menu for setting it.
