Some of Intel 9th generation processor are non graphics processor such as Intel i3 9100F, i5 9400F or i7 9700F...

In order to support these processor you will need to flash the latest BIOS first.

Also the most important thing is that you have to use a processor with integreted graphics to flash the latest BIOS and make sure you connect the monitor's connector to onboard HDMI® or D-Sub.

There are new minimum hardware requirements for Windows 11. In order to run Windows 11, devices must meet the hardware specifications. Devices that do not meet the hardware requirements cannot be upgraded to Windows 11.

• Processor: 1 gigahertz (GHz) or faster with 2 or more cores on a compatible 64-bit processor or System on a Chip (SoC)
• RAM: 4 gigabyte (GB)
• Storage: 64 GB or larger storage device
• System firmware: Trusted Platform Module (TPM) version 2.0
• Graphics card: Compatible with DirectX 12 or later with WDDM 2.0 driver
• S mode is only supported on Home edition of Windows 11. If you are running a different edition of Windows in S mode, you will need to first switch out of S mode prior to upgrading.

Most BIOSTAR motherboards can support Win 11 OS, and their BIOS have built-in TPM2.0 (Software)(*) and Secure Boot options(**). You can install Win 11 OS and don’t need to change the BIOS setting .The BIOS default of setting is ready for win11 OS install.

You can use win10 OS of MB driver to install at win11 OS.

1. Check the specification of your monitor to see if it supports 144Hz.

2. Install the latest graphics driver for your integrated graphcis or external graphcis card.

3. Adjust the refresh rate in Windows > System > Display > Advanced Display Settings > Refresh rate.

Note: Some monitors may use both HDMI® and DisplayPort ports at the same time but will be limited to a lower refresh rate when connected via HDMI®. You then need to use a DisplayPort cable instead.

1. Please search for your model on Biostar's official website first, and select the latest BIOS version on the "Download" page.

2. After clicking the download button, the download method of the requested file will pop up at the top of the page. On the left is the BIOS file, and on the right is the BIOS compressed file.
It is recommended to directly select the BIOS file on the left to download.

3. After the download is complete, drag the BIOS file to the USB. Please right-click "Content" in the blank space and make sure that the format of the USB flash drive is "FAT32".

4. Connect the USB flash drive to the system to be updated.

5. Please turn on the computer and press the "Delete" key to enter the BIOS immediately, and the screen will display as follows

6.  After entering the BIOS, please press F12 again to enter the BIOS update page "BIOS-Flasher Utility". At this time, "fs0" in the figure below is the detected USB device. If you connect multiple USB or hard disks, if it is a hard disk, there will be several optional devices such as "fs1" and "fs2". Please confirm the correct flash drive and press "Enter" to open it.

7. The BIOS file just dragged to the USB will appear

8. Press "Enter" again, the system will ask whether to update this BIOS file, please press the "Y" key.

9.During the BIOS update process, do not turn off the power or perform other operations.

10. After the update is completed, the screen is as follows, please press "Y" to restart. After restarting, please press the "Delete" key again to enter the BIOS.

11. After confirming that the BIOS version has been successfully updated, system optimization settings must be performed before entering Windows. Press "F3" and select "Yes" to optimize the settings.

12. Press "F10" again, and also select "Yes" to save and exit.

13. At this point, the update has been completed and can be used normally.

1. Insert both of your memory in DIMMA2 and DIMMB2 (If you motherboard has 4 slots)

2. Power on and enter BIOS setup.

3. Make sure the BIOS version of your motherboard is up to date. (For example X370GT7)

4. Set the Memroy Clock Mode to XMP and press F10 to save & exit.

After system reboot, you will see system is running 3200(OC).

The model TB360-BTC Expert motherboard only allow you insert lower than 13pcs graphics card in motherboard.

However if you want to use more than 13pcs graphics card you have to use mining card instead.

In the INTEL 400 series, the Intel official statement does not provide V-BIOS Output for LEGACY mode.

If you wanna set the CSM to "Enabled" to work the VGA on LEGACY mode, please install an extra VGA card to output display.
