I see a port upon the rear USB connector of M7TDA, what is the port for? Why I don't see it on the other model?

That is the LAN function which is inculded under Intel South Bridge (ICH2) Chipset. With Real-Tek LAN chip on board, you don't have to add a PCI LAN card and you can use the intro-net function with M7TDA.

How does I Increase my system's Video performance. I am using the M6VSA/M6VSB motherboard?

If you need to increase the System Video's performance, you need to Increase the system Frame Buffers Size. The range of Frame Buffer size Is from 2M to 32M. The larger Frame Buffer size will get the better Video performance.
However, the Frame Buffer Memory Is took from the System Memory. Therefore, If you are using 128M SDRAM, 32M Is used by the Video function, so, only 96M Memory Is available for the system. The Frame Buffer Size Is located --> at Advanced Chipset Features --> Frame Buffers Size, under CMOS Setup Menu.

What is the difference between M6VLB and M6VSA ?

M6VLB with VIA Apollo PLE133 northbridge which graphics core is taken from Trident Blade3D with 8Mb of system frame buffer sizes.However, the M6VSA Is using PM133 as northbridge which taken a graphics core from S3(a combination of the 3D-component from Savage4 and 2D from Savage2000) with 32Mb of system frame bffer size. The larger the system frame buffer size the better the Video perfromance.

I had downloaded the BIOS, TWL0423F, for motherboard M6TWL ver.1.0 but I'm having problem updating the BIOS.
In the BIOS screen it came up a message, " The file size does not match" OR " The program file part number does not match your system". I am afraid this will kill the bios if it doesn't work. Can you please tell me what to do, if I want to update the BIOS?

The TWL0423F BIOS, which is published on the website is only for the latest version of M6TWL, Version 2.0. In TWL Version 2.0, the BIOS EEPROM sizes are reduced to 2MB. Therefore, "The File Size Does Not Match" message will pop-up, when reflash 2M BIOS into 4M EEPROM.

What is the difference between M6VCG and M6VCT?

Basically, the M6VCG and M6VCT have same functionality and specifications .The major different is M6VCT can support Intel Tulatin CPU.Tualatin CPU utilized .13-micron process technology also come with 512KB of Level 2 cache. Basically, the anti-Intrusion is the name as "Chassis Open". This function is able to detect whether the PC Case is open or not. For instance, if the PC case is Open, the Motherboard will cause the beep sound and the error Message will also show up on the screen to warn the customer that the PC case was not closed properly. For your information, you can active this function under the CMOS Setup Menu by following the instructions below

Press "Delete" Key to enter into the CMOS Setup Menu during the boot screen.
Select "PC Health Status"
Setup the "Chassis Open Warnning" to "Enabled"
Save and Quit the CMOS Setup Menu.

By the way, the PC case must support anti-Intrusion to use this function.

Como utilizar a tecnologia Biostar "CPU Savior" para proteger o meu processador?

Biostar has to design a new technology to protect your AMD XP CPU. Our name as CPU Savior. The AMD latest XP CPU has been integrated a function to provide CPU working temperature. We had to put an IC to detect the current AMD XP CPU temperature, then report to system PWM IC and turn off your system. That mean if your AMD XP CPU current temperature was detected higher, then the CPU allow limit by your CPU FAN stop to run or that's a Gap between CPU and Heatsink, your system will shut down, automatically.
