• Hardware 
  Ensure hardware connect properly first.
  (1). Check VGA card 
  Try to only plug one VGA card in PEX16_1 (long yellow slot) directly without riser card => Check whether display
  
  (2). Check Riser card 
  Try to plug VGA card with only one riser card to test per PEX1 and PEX16_1 => Check whether display.
  
  (3). Check CPU socket Pin
  Remove CPU and check CPU Socket pin whether bent.(If bent , might be no power on or no display.
  
  (4). Check Riser Card and VGA card power are connected properly.

• Under BIOS
  (1). Ensure BIOS up to latest.
  TB250-BTC => B25CFB29.BSS or latest
  TB250-BTC+ => B25EFB29.BSS or latest
  TB250-BTC Pro  => B25DB29.BSS or latest
  After update and get POST , BIOS will detect PCIE and show each slot status automatically.
  
  (2). Plug all VGA card in slot and into BIOS to check whether get (Present)
  PEX1_1-PEX1_11 => Chipset Menu /PCH-IO Configuration / PCI Express Configuration.
  PEX16_1 => Chipset Menu / System Agent(SA) Configuration
  
  (3). Check BIOS setting. (Or use BIOS default setting)
  Enable Mining mode (Chipset / Mining Mode)
  Enable Above 4G Decoding (Chipset / System Agent (SA) Configuration / Above 4G MMIO BIOS Assignment)
  Disable CSM Support (Boot / CSM support )
  =>Disable CSM support option , it will only recognize UEFI device.
   
• Under Windows
  ***Please make sure BIOS get all VGA card first.***
  (1). Check OS be installed by UEFI format (How to check install by UEFI)
  
  (2). Check Device Manager do not show yellow exclamation mark.
  
  (3). Check VGA card driver up to date.

For mining purpose in  BIOS version (7/10) and later version of BIOS, default setting for CSM is set to disabled. In which video is set to UEFI mode. If your GPU does not support UEFI then display through GPU is not supported. Please disconnect all GPU and connect monitor to on-board DVI port, then set on-board display as primary display device in BIOS. Then you can connect GPU back to motherboard and display through on-board DVI at the same time.

1. Power off and unplug all VGA card.
2. Connect moniter display with onboard DVI.
3. Power on and press "DEL" into BIOS set primary display from onboard.(BIOS/Chipset/System Agest(SA) Configuration/Primary display => IGFX).
   Then press "F10" save & exit.
4. Power off again and plug back all VGA card and power on to check whether get all VGA cards.
   PEX1_1-PEX1_5 => Chipset Menu / PCI Express Configuration.
   PEX16_1 => Chipset Menu / System Agent(SA) Configuration
5. If not get all , please check riser card whether work properly.  

If  AMD VGA card overclock and after install driver still show Yellow exclamation mark in Device Manager , here has a method might be fixed issue.

1.  Enter into Windows OS, and install graphic cards driver.
2. After installed driver finished,restart system and check :
   My Computer > Device Manager > To check the graphic cards if all can be recognized OK. 
   ==> If graphics cards show Yellow exclamation mark, it needs install Patch file
3. Run Patch file as Administrator then install.  After install done,please restart system and enter into Windows OS, and check all graphic cards can be recognized well with No Yellow exclamation mark . 
   
4. If check no problem,customer can start to mining.

• Under Windows : 
  Each brand of VGA card support up to 8.(VGA card driver limitation)
  So,you could deploy AMD*8+Nvidia*4 or AMD*4+Nvidia*8 or AMD*6+Nvidia*6 ...etc

• Under EthOS :
  Only support one brand VGA card to use at same time.
  Example : 9 Gigabyte AORUS GeForce GTX 1060 6G have to use EthOS.
  If AMD card , Enable CSM support option.(Path : BIOS/Boot Menu/CSM Support => Enable)

• Note: We couldn't guarantee that overclock VGA card will be work stable and smoothly.

1. Please try to download correct (lastest) BIOS file via your model's download page. 

2. Copy this BIOS file into a bootable USB flash drive as Root Path, then you will need to rename BIOS file as "AMIBOOT.ROM". More detail by refer to below.

3. Remove the CMOS battery, set the CMOS clear jumper to reset CMOS.

4. Wait for a while, then put back the battery, set the CMOS clear jumper to original state.

5. plug the USB flash drive into your system.

6. Power on System while pressing "Ctrl+Home" continuously.

7. After 30 seconds or more, it might be appear below Recovery screen.

After done,  you can reset the system and get POST display normally.

If the method can not help you,  we suggest you contact with local seller for future help.

(1) Install two PCI-E M.2 SSD on motherboard.

(2) Boot into BIOS/Advanced/SATA and RST configuration

(3) Set SATA mode selection to Intel RST Premium, both PCIe storage to RST controlled

(4) Set Boot/storge to UEFI, then Save & Exit BIOS

(5) After reboot, get into BIOS/Advanced/Intel® Raple storage Technology

 (6)Select create RAID Volume

(7) Choose Raid Level for RAID0 or RAID1

(8) Select both device by press SPACE Key, then the [x] will appear (Do not press enter to avoid system crash)

(9) Select Create Volume.

(10) Choose Volume1

(11) Press F10 to save and exit

(12) Create a Win10 installation USB drive

(13) Copy Intel RST driver into Win10 USB drive (32bit or 64bit according to your system)

(15) During the installation OS will ask you to load RST driver, select the directory with RST driver and continue.

2. Key in msinfo32
   
3. System Information will show BIOS mode.
   

Set TB350-BTC / TA320-BTC for mining

Please update BIOS.

After update (For TB350-BTC), you have to manual set and check as below : 
1. Enable : Above 4G Decoding (BIOS / Advanced / PCI Subsystem settings / Above 4G Decoding  )
2. Enable : Mining Mode (BIOS / Chipset / Mining mode)
3. Disable : CSM Support (BIOS / Advanced / CSM Configuration / CSM Support)

How to automatically run any applications after Windows 10 start up

Step 1,

Press Win+X to open Windows Power User Menu

Step 2,

Select run and type shell:startup

Step 3,

Place the Mining Application (*Shortcut) into the folder In order to run the Start-Up Program when Initial the Windows.

*Shortcut = BAT File Which Include the Mining Setting and Account

  How to automatically power up the system

Step 1,

Press Del at POST screen to get into BIOS,

Step 2,

Go to Advanced/ACPI settings/Restore AC Power Loss and set as Power On

Step 3,

Save and Exit BIOS to restart the system.

• BIOS(X370GT5) : 

1. Into BIOS and Enable APCI / PME Wake Up from S5.
2. ErP (EuP) Control set to Disabled.
3. Press "F10" Save & Exit.
   

• Windows :

1. Into device manager / Network adapter / Power Management /
   Enable =>Only allow a magic packet to wake the computer.
2. Into device manager / Network adapter / Advanced /
   Enable => Shutdown Wake on Lan.
3. Control Panel / Hardware and Sound / Power Options / System Settings/
   Disable => Turn on fast startup.
4. Reboot the device and into OS to check whether correct.
5. If configuration properly , shut down  for test.
    

1. برروی لینک Motherboard در سمت راست سایت صفحه اصلی کلید کنید.

2. نوع CPU را با کلیک کردن بر pull down menu در بالای صفحه Motherboard انتخاب کنید.

3. با کلیک کردن بر pull down menu در سمت چپ مدل مادربورد را پیدا کنید.

مدل مادربورد را انتخاب کنید . بهعنوان مثال: P4M900 Micro 775.

4. در بالای صفحه مشخصات مادربورد، لینک داونلود درایو وجود دارد.

5. شما می توانید user manual و BIOS را از بالای صفحه داونلود کنید.

Please update ethOS to the latest version (1.2.3 or above) and enable CSM support in BIOS for multiple AMD GPU mining.

note: update BIOS to the latest version according to your motherboard model. mining mode is set to enabled as default. Nvidia GPU does not need to enable CSM support.

When first boot up your system or install new CPU/RAM, BIOS will scan the system for new devices. The scan will reboot up to 3-5 times, after finished initial boot up process BIOS will remember the settings and fast boot up with no reboot hereafter. (clear CMOS will reset BIOS to default setting thus cause the same reboot behavior)

Because Racing P1 only support Windows 10 64bit UEFI installation, you need to create a Windows 10 64bit  UEFI bootable USB disk.

You may refer to below method for USB disk creation.

Step 1: Visit this page and download the latest version of Rufus. Rufus is a portable utility and hence doesn't require an installation.

Step 2: Connect your 4GB+ USB drive to your PC where you have installed Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, or Windows 8.1. Be sure to backup all data from your USB drive.

Step 3: Run Rufus utility. Click Yes button when you see the UAC prompt to launch the tool.

Step 4: Under the Device section, select your USB drive that you want to make bootable, select Partition scheme and target system type as GPT partition scheme for UEFI type on your PC.

Step 5: Next, select the File system as FAT32 (default) as it supports both BIOS and UEFI. 

Step 6: Enter a volume label, click on the CD/DVD drive icon to browse to the Windows 10 ISO image file. Select the file.

Step 7: Finally, click Start button, click OK button when you see the warning dialog to continue its job.

Once Rufus completes its job, you'll see 「Done」 message. That's it!

You can now open UEFI settings and make necessary changes to boot from USB drive.

Please follow below instruction:

1.Update your Realtek High definition Audio driver to the latest version

N3150MP will support PCI-E 16x v2.0 VGA cards.

Due to Intel specification limitation, when use two 4GB DDR3L module, memory speed will only support at 1066 MHz speed. If use one DDR3L module, then memory speed will support to 1600 MHz.

First, please double check your VGA card whether support UEFI mode or follow the steps as below :

1. Turn OFF your system.

2. Remove the VGA card, then conntect your monitor into onboard VGA or DVI port.

3. Power ON your system, then press [Delete] key into BIOS Setup Menu (CMOS).

4. Select the option as Boot > CSM Support > change the option from [Disabled] to [Enabled].

5. Press F10 to Save configuration and reset.

6. Turn OFF your system, then install the VGA card.

7. Please connect your monitor into VGA card, then Power ON your system.

And it will work.
