How to make rear audio on ALC887 works with AC’97 front panel audio?

1. Open Realtek HD Audio Manager.

The icon is in the notification area (the lower right of the screen).

2. When using AC’97 front panel audio, audio manager will always show there are devices connected to the front panel.

3. Click the yellow icon on the upper right of the window. Check the box to Disable front panel jack detection. Then click OK.

How to simultaneously use front and rear audio jack for H110MH PRO D4?

Please follow below instruction:

1.Update your Realtek High definition Audio driver to the latest version

2. Click the document folder icon in Realtek HD Audio Manager, as below image and check both options,

3.Click Device Advanced Settings and select separate all input jacks as independent input devices

4. press OK and finished.

Where can I download the Linux driver for Realtek's audio device?

Linux driver for Realtek's audio can be download from Realtek's website.

Please go to following link and find the proper audio codec for the motherboard.

J1800NH2 will show X mark on Windows system's speaker icon, how do I fix it?

Windows system will detect on-board speaker or head phone device.

When unplug it, system will show X mark on system's speaker icon.

To fix it, please open Realtek HD Audio Manager and check "Disable front audio jack detection".

Where can I find the driver for support Windows 7 for my TF570 SLI motherboard?

You might use the default driver on Win7 for support most of TF570 SLI motherbaord's function.

If you do need to install Win7 driver, here are the Win7 drivers availible for download.

How to enable front and rear audio output together for my TP67XE motherboard (with ALC892 audio codec)?

Please refer the picture to open Realtek HD Audio Manager.

Check Disable front panel jack detection, then front and rear audio can output at same time.

How do I make AC97 front panel audio to work?

AC-97 front panel audio doesn't support jack detection, so it will need to select "Disable front panel jack detection" under Realtek audio utility.

After select this function, AC97's front audio should works properly.

For Windows XP system:

For Windows 7 system:

Select folder picture on upper right corner of Realtek HD Audio Manager utility, then check "Disable front panel jack detection" and click OK to finish setting.

Why I will hear the back ground noice when use microphone?

This noise is the echo sound from speaker to microphone.

Open the Realtek audio utility then disable the Mic echo in the Microphone setting.

How to setup the HD front audio if no sound output?

Please open the Realtek audio utility. Then disable the front jack detection in Analog setting.

Why system will hang up in blue screen when play World of Warcraft?

This issue can be resolve by update the latest HD audio driver for Windows XP.

Please remove the exist audio driver in Add or remove software, then install the latest audio driver from following link.
