BIOSTAR Announces GbE Equipped Motherboards for High-Speed Connectivity - High-speed, High-bandwidth solutions for cost-effective media and file sharing solutions

November 10th, 2016, Taipei, Taiwan – BIOSTAR is proud to introduce its latest motherboard model equipped with Intel 100-series chipset with ultra-fast, high-bandwidth GbE LAN perfect for systems that need high-speed network connections like media-sharing or file-sharing servers. For today's modern households and small offices, file-sharing and media-sharing are key drivers into adopting modern systems as well as responsive online gaming, that's why high-speed LAN is needed to ensure a consistent and responsive connection to the network. The BIOSTAR H110MGC is equipped with Realtek 1Gbps onboard NIC designed to handle laborious network utilization.
Also available is the BIOSTAR H110MLC with 10/100 Fast Internet onboard NIC.
The BIOSTAR H110MGC and BIOSTAR H110MLC supports 6th-generation Intel Core processors and uses the H110 chipset. Moreover, these two models support the upcoming next-gen socket LGA1151 processors via BIOS update which will be available for free download in the BIOSTAR website. It supports DDR4-2133 and DDR4-1866 memory modules of up to 32GB capacity.
Both motherboards come with Super LAN Surge Protection; BIOSTAR adds another layer of protection to your motherboard by providing a more advanced LAN port with anti-static protection via an integrated chip to improve electrical stability and prevent damage via lighting strikes and power surges. SLSP (Super LAN Surge Protection) series motherboard improves the standard of system protection up to 4x that of other boards.
