1. Using a high quality CPU Cooling FAN is suggested. Better CPU Cooling Solution should be very helpful for Overclocking.
2. High Quality Memory Module can also be a factor that infects the Overclocking performance.
Overclocking is an optional process, but not a "must-do" process; it is not recommended for inexperienced users.
Therefore, we will not be responsible for any hardware damage which may be caused by overclocking. We also would not guarantee any overclocking performance.
> In BIOS boot screen (POST), press DEL to enter BIOS Setup Utility.
> Go to the Advanced menu and enter CPU Configuration; set the item "C1E Support" to Disabled.
> Go to the O.N.E menu, and there are 3 modes for Overclocking:
1.
Normal Mode
2.
Automate Overclock Mode
3.
Manual Overclock Mode
> 3 kinds of OC mode are preset under Automate Overclock Mode.
> V6/V8/V12 is for different Overclocking performance in Biostar Tuning.
> Disable the Intel SpeedStep tech is recommended while using manual Overclock.
> Set Ratio CMOS setting at x6.0.
> CPU Frequency Setting allows selecting CPU Overclock from 100MHz to 800MHz.
> Set DDR Enhanced Mode to Disabled.
> CPU Voltage: from -0.050V to +1.300V
> There are 7 kinds of DDR2 ratio for extreme DDR2 memory performance. Ex.:
Auto
DDR2-667
DDR2-800
DDR2-833
DDR2-1000
DDR2-1066
DDR2-1110
DDR2-1333
> DDR2 Voltage: from +0.050V to +1.850V
> Chipset Voltage: from +0.025V to +0.700V
> FSB Voltage: from +0.025V to +0.750V
> DDR2 RCOMP Configuration with 4 modes :

Configuration 2
Configuration 3
* Biostar Fine-Tuned modes enhance the memory module’s stability and durability.
> Static tREAD Value allows selecting the tREAD control.
> CPU Clock Skew and MCH Control Skew are important specs on Clock Gen and allow CPU reaching the extreme Overclocking performance. 200ps in CPU SKEW control is recommended, which would be perfect tuning.
> CPU Clock Driving Control is for the CPU Differential output (CPU Clock) and Amplitude (Driving).
